Let us, therefore, encourage one another to live according to the Spirit of God who created us for His honour, glory and purpose. Do not become weary of living out the Gospel of Salvation. Jesus said, "I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance," Luke 5:32. In the same way, He left us with the Great Commission of Matthew 28:16-20, to go and make disciples of all nations. Our peace, lies in loving GOD wholeheartedly, which will direct our hearts towards obedience in His Word through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. Romans 8:5-6
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. John 14:14-17

Can I tell u just how hard?
I won't even 'like' some Christian posts in Facebook (even though I agree wholeheartedly to the principals they preach). You just don't want to look like you're not 'accepting'. If all my fb 'friends' were living for God and on fire for His teachings, then it would be different.

Thank you for your words of encouragement and your posting! We are living in perilous times, no doubt. I, too, am praying for a spirit of boldness for the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. I keep trying to remind myself of the scriptures which warn us about the snare of man..etc.
"Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe." Proverbs 29:25
"The wicked freely strut about when what is vile is honoured among men." Psalm 12:8
"Am I trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ." Galatians 1:10

The Word of GOD gives us perspective...it is a compass to guide us.

Help us to be strong and courageous for the things of your Kingdom and not for the things of the kingdom of this world.
